Reservation Terms & Conditions

• These terms and conditions (“T&C”) apply to the Reservation and come into effect when you register on the overtone.so website, make a reservation by clicking on the button "Reserve for $79", and finalize the purchasing process for the Reservation. You are bound by the Reservation, but you can still withdraw from it under the conditions described below.
• The Reservation gives you the right to purchase Overtone Hearing Enhancers for the then current retail price with a 30% discount, and offers you for a limited time customer priority in delivery of Overtone Hearing Enhancers.
• Decibels Audio Inc (this is our official company name) shall announce the date from when you can purchase Overtone Hearing Enhancers and will then issue the Reservation code that will be valid for 3 months (“Validity Period”), and the period in which you can get customer priority in delivery of Overtone Hearing Enhancers (“Priority period”). If you have not purchased Overtone Hearing Enhancers within the Validity Period, Decibels Audio Inc cancels the Reservation automatically and you will have the option to get a refund on your bank account within 14 days.
• You acknowledge that the estimated time of order, delivery or a combination of both, of the Overtone Hearing Enhancers is at the moment of purchasing of the Reservation dependent on various factors, some of which are outside the influence of Decibels Audio Inc, and you accept that therefore estimated time of order, delivery, or a combination of both may be extended.
• The purchase of the Overtone Hearing Enhancers is subject to your agreement to the then current General Decibels Audio Inc Terms & Conditions.
• The Reservation is only valid for Overtone Hearing Enhancers, not for other models, products or services of Decibels Audio Inc.
• The Reservation is only valid for the purchase of one pair of Overtone Hearing Enhancers. After the purchase, the Reservation becomes ineffective for further use.
• The Reservation cannot be used in combination with any other promotion or discount.
• The Reservation is strictly personal, linked to your personal account and email address, and cannot be transferred to, or used by, others.
• You are eligible to cancel the Reservation, no reason necessary. You cannot cancel your Reservation after you purchased Overtone Hearing Enhancers.
• Overtone Audio inc is eligible to cancel the Reservation under one or both of the following circumstances:
• • Import and or export restrictions;
  • Material barriers to market entry;
  • Legal barriers to market entry;
  • Significant changes in or termination of product development;
• After a cancellation by Overtone Audio Inc, under one of the two conditions in this agreement, or by you, no reason necessary, Decibels Audio Inc renders your Reservation invalid, and you will get a full refund, within 14 days.
• Requested refunds are returned in full minus the transaction fee taken by the payment platform, Stripe. (In the US this is generally 2.9% of the Reservation price + 30c. Similar amounts can be expected internationally)
• Please note that images shown in Decibels Audio Inc’s promotional activities are artistic expressions of the Overtone Hearing Enhancers and are not an exact reflection of the product specifications.
